About these terms

These terms apply when you use Realanalytics (“we”, “us”), including this website, the app, the documentation, the software development kits and the command-line tool. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

The service is for business use. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

The service

Realanalytics connects ad spend to the leads, bookings, customers and revenue that your own systems record. It can also send outcomes you select to ad platforms such as Meta.

Reports depend on the data your connected systems provide. Visitor choices and gaps in records can leave some results without a known source, and reports show those gaps. We do not promise any change in your advertising results, costs or revenue.

Your account

You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep access to those accounts secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including the actions of people you invite and the keys and tokens you create.

Tell us at hello@realanalytics.dev if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Your data

You keep all rights in the data you send to the service, including data about your clients and their website visitors. You allow us to store and process it to provide, secure and support the service for you. We process personal data in it on your instructions, as described in our privacy policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.

You can delete a project at any time. Some copies are removed later, as the privacy policy explains.

Consent and your visitors

You decide how the service collects data on the websites you control. You are responsible for:

• telling visitors and leads how their data is used, in your own privacy notice;
• getting any consent the law requires, and passing those consent choices to the service correctly;
• having the right to send personal data to us and, when you switch it on, to ad platforms.

By default, the website library collects nothing until a visitor allows analytics. If you change that default, you are responsible for the result.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• break the law or the rules of an ad platform or other connected service;
• send special category data, such as details of someone’s health or religious beliefs, or data about children;
• track people without the notice or consent the law requires;
• try to reach another customer’s data, test our security without permission, or disrupt the service;
• send data you are not allowed to send, or data meant to harm or mislead others.

We can suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Plans, limits and billing

The Free plan is for one person and includes 10,000 tracked actions per month. The Team plan costs $29 per user per month, includes 1,000,000 tracked actions per month and allows public report links. Both plans include unlimited projects and dashboards. A tracked action is something a visitor does on a website, such as opening a page.

• Plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe, monthly and in advance, for the number of users you choose. Taxes may apply.
• Limits apply per account and per calendar month (UTC). Tracked actions above the monthly limit are not recorded.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings. When a paid subscription ends or cannot be paid, your account moves to the Free plan: public report links stop working, the lower limit applies and invited team members lose access until you upgrade again. Your projects and data remain.
• We may change prices or plans. We will tell you before a price change affects your subscription.

Connected services

When you connect Meta, Google, Attio, Stripe or another service, its own terms also apply to your use of it. We are not responsible for those services, for changes they make, or for how they use data you choose to send them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you first.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email hello@realanalytics.dev. We can end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When an account closes, we delete its data as the privacy policy describes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and 100 US dollars.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
